There's nothing more rewarding than drawing on my psychology background to help families name the 'elephant in the room' and move forward together.

Kalli Nallick

Kalli brings expertise in organizational development, facilitation, and conflict resolution to her work as a consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group.

As a psychologist, Kalli helps family and closely held businesses address the family dynamics and conflicts that often surface during times of transition. She works with individuals, teams, and family members to understand the sources of conflict and how to work through it. Her background in management consulting and organizational development also allows her to help family businesses build the structures and processes that support long-term growth.

Kalli leads one-day trainings on conflict resolution and helps groups develop their own codes of conduct, documents that define expectations and provide a basis for accountability. She also works directly with the people involved in a conflict to identify its root causes, often disagreements or frustrations that have built up over time.

Kalli has worked with family businesses for more than 10 years. Before founding her advisory firm, Executive Confidante, she spent eight years with the Hay Group in Tokyo and three years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, also in Tokyo, where she learned how successful businesses are structured and how to help leaders, managers, and employees perform at their best.
