Since joining FBCG in 2019, Tom’s ability to quickly establish rapport and trust with business-owning families have made him a thoughtful mentor, coach and facilitator. He brings real-world leadership experience, systems thinking and operational expertise to growing and developing multiple generations, guiding succession implementation, developing curricula and teaching in a variety of contexts.
In addition to his consulting work, Tom is a frequent speaker at family business conferences and an important contributor to FBCG’s educational programs, webinars and Family Business Advisor articles.
