Marti Beltz joins The Family Business Consulting Group as a consultant highly skilled and experienced in developing systems, structures, and processes that help define roles, responsibilities, policies, decision-making, and communication in the family business. With over 30 years of experience as a psychologist and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt business process improvement consultant, Marti has established herself as a collaborative change agent at individual, family, and organizational levels.

In addition, Marti has served as an Examiner on the Board of the Malcolm Baldrige National Award; as a Judge for the American Society for Quality’s International Team Excellence Award; and on the Board of Directors for the New England States’ Business Performance Excellence Awards. She is the author of internationally recognized books, articles, curriculum, and conference presentations on strategy and process improvement.
