Jennifer Bickerstaff

Jennifer is a consultant with the Family Business Consulting Group assisting families in their journeys to thrive as family enterprises that support the values and goals of the entire family.  

With over two decades of experience advising multigenerational families as a family office expert, Jennifer has spearheaded the development of sustainable family governance structures, implemented innovative next-generation engagement programs, facilitated family retreats and annual gatherings, and overseen the management of family council frameworks. Her expertise lies in seamlessly coordinating a team of advisors to serve the family’s needs efficiently.

Jennifer is also committed to family philanthropy as an alignment vehicle for family values. She has managed multigenerational family foundations and advised on creative family giving. Jennifer recognizes the importance of an educated and informed next generation as an integral role in the continuity of the family enterprise and specifically champions the development of women as leaders in the family systems.

Jennifer lives in Columbus, Georgia, with her family. She enjoys being active outdoors, all forms of exercise, and learning new things. Jennifer is a certified yoga instructor and a believer that mindfulness is key to a life of contentment and gratitude.
