Stephanie Edsall serves as a Senior Project Administrator with The Family Business Consulting Group, where she combines project management expertise, operational excellence, and a passion for helping people and organizations thrive. Known for bringing clarity, organization, and momentum to complex initiatives, Stephanie is a trusted resource to consultants, clients, and colleagues alike.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has built a reputation for managing multifaceted projects with precision, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit. Her experience supporting family businesses and family enterprise advisors has given her a unique understanding of family systems, enabling her to coordinate projects, facilitate communication, and help move important work forward. She is committed to creating successful outcomes through thoughtful planning, strong relationships, and attention to detail.

Stephanie leads FBCG’s Board Search Practice and works with a dedicated team of recruiters to identify and engage qualified board candidates. In partnership with consultants and clients, she helps guide the search process from candidate sourcing through successful board placement.

She also oversees the firm’s Administrative Services Department, helping to develop effective systems and processes that support the organization’s daily operations and exceptional client service.

As a Certified Everything DiSC® Solutions Provider, Stephanie is especially passionate about helping individuals and teams strengthen communication and working relationships. She facilitates DiSC communication workshops and debrief sessions, creating engaging experiences that foster greater self-awareness, collaboration, and effectiveness. Supporting leaders, families, and teams through meaningful conversations and practical communication tools is one of the most rewarding aspects of her work.

Her educational background in Business Management Administration and Paralegal Administration complements her practical experience and contributes to her thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach.

Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys living in a rural country setting, spending time with family and friends, exploring thrift stores in search of hidden treasures, and enthusiastically cheering on the Detroit Lions.
