As a former senior consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group, Anne Hargrave specializes in facilitation and processes that (re)builds trust among family shareholders including family meetings, role clarity, information flow between family shareholders and next generation development. She has a deep understanding of wealth and business ownership complexities resulting from 25 years as a strategic advisor to individuals, families, and family offices, and a lifetime as a second generation member of an entrepreneurial family.
Anne is an experienced management consultant and coach with an extensive background in a broad range of strategic challenges faced by family firms and family offices. She coaches and mentors family business owners, as well as for-profit, non-profit and family office executives, to develop effective leadership skills and competencies.
She has proven results in partnering with clients to articulate a vision for the future, develop effective processes that improve enterprise functioning, enhance and strengthen working relationships, and lay out action plans required to turn goals into reality. Anne draws from her experience as a founding partner of Wealthbridge Partners and Generational Coaching, a managing director at Family Office Exchange, and a senior executive at Rockefeller & Co., a multi-client family office, and Milbank, a corporate law firm.
As a speaker at the Institute for Private Investors, IIR, the Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence and the FOX Forum, Anne has focused on risk management within family enterprise, next generation education, and sustaining wealth across multiple generations.
She sits on several nonprofit boards and a private foundation. Anne is skilled in using a variety of personal development tools, is a certified executive coach, and is in the process of completing a post-graduate program on family systems theory.
Anne resides in Madison, NJ with her husband and their three children, who are in various stages of becoming young adults.
