Christine Nguyen

Christine joined FBCG in 2014, and has a background spanning various functions within the organization including Marketing and Events, Executive Office Administration, and Operations Management. Her journey at FBCG has been marked by a commitment to team satisfaction and organizational excellence and her tenure reflects a deep understanding of FBCG’s company culture and values. As our Employee Enablement Specialist, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring our team members thrive in a positive and supportive workplace environment – she ensures that they receive the support and tools they need to succeed – while also focusing on handling core Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, and department process development.

She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences with a concentration in History from Benedictine University intending to pursue a career in secondary education. While she has never had her own classroom to facilitate learning, she is excited to contribute to the common goal of supporting others in their learning and development journey just like she would as a teacher.

Christine lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with her husband and senior special needs dog, Boba. She enjoys indoor and outdoor gardening, playing piano, reading cozy mystery novels and memoirs, and cooking for others.
