The Chair Forum is an exclusive opportunity for in-depth conversations with peers and experts on some of the distinct questions that face the chair of a family business board. In an intimate, discussion-based setting, you’ll join with chairs of similar family enterprise boards to learn how highly effective board chairs lead.
Facilitated by leading family business governance experts Craig Aronoff, Kelly LeCouvie, and Greg Greenleaf, this seminar will provide an insider’s view of the innovative and meaningful ways that family businesses build thriving governance systems. A mix of case studies, theory, and the group’s shared experiences will form the foundation for a higher understanding of the role of the family business board chair and how to better influence the success of the enterprise from that seat.
