The following leading family business governance experts will be facilitating the program:
Co-founder, principal and Chairman of the Board of The Family Business Consulting Group, Craig is a leading consultant, speaker, writer, and educator in the family business field. In his work with family enterprise over the last 30 years, he has guided countless boards and their chairs on the unique landscape of family business governance and its role in long-term success and continuity. He has authored, co-authored or been editor of more than 30 books, including the Family Business Leadership Series and is the founding editor of The Family Business Advisor.
Kelly is a senior consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group specializing in the development and assessment of corporate governance. She has worked with clients in multiple industries based in North and South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Caribbean. Kelly has worked in an advisory capacity with her family’s 60 year-old logistics company, and has personally experienced the joys and challenges of family members working together. Prior to returning to school to obtain her Ph.D., she founded and managed a securities business in Toronto for several years.
Greg Greenleaf is a principal consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group where he is an expert on succession, governance and professionalization of the family business. Drawing on his background as a family therapist and clinical psychotherapist, Greg has helped entrepreneurial families improve family relationships, resolve conflict and turn struggling enterprises into thriving businesses. In addition to advising family businesses, Greg frequently speaks at workshops for family businesses and the professionals that serve family enterprises.
