Co-founder, principal and Chairman of the Board of The Family Business Consulting Group, Craig is a leading consultant, speaker, writer, and educator in the family business field. In his work with family enterprise over the last 30 years, he has guided countless boards and their chairs on the unique landscape of family business governance and its role in long-term success and continuity. He has authored, co-authored or been editor of more than 30 books, including the Family Business Leadership Series and is the founding editor of The Family Business Advisor.
A senior consultant of The Family Business Consulting Group, Jennifer brings extensive experiences building effective governance systems for family businesses and their ownership groups. As an FBCG Board Development Leader, a significant portion of her work includes developing effective boards in multi-generational enterprise. She is the co-author of the book Building a Successful Family Business Board. With a Ph.D. in business strategy, she entered the field of family business having worked as a professor, a consultant for McKinsey & Company, and an investment banker for a Wall Street firm.
Joe is a principal of The Family Business Consulting Group specializing in family business succession planning and strategic business planning. He is an FBCG Board Development Leader and serves on multiple boards. Prior to joining the FBCG, he spent over 25 years leading multi-generation family businesses as a non-family executive. In addition to his consulting practice, Joe serves as an adjunct professor at Notre Dame University teaching Family Business Strategy courses. He is author of the book Innovation in the Family Business and numerous family business articles.
