Co-founder, principal and Chairman of the Board of The Family Business Consulting Group, Craig is a leading consultant, speaker, writer, and educator in the family business field. In his work with family enterprise over the last 30 years, he has guided countless boards and their chairs on the unique landscape of family business governance and its role in long-term success and continuity. He has authored, co-authored or been editor of more than 30 books, including the Family Business Leadership Series and is the founding editor of The Family Business Advisor.  
 

LeCouvie_200x300Kelly LeCouvie, Ph.D.

Kelly is a senior consultant with The Family Business Consulting Group specializing in the development and assessment of corporate governance. She has worked with clients in multiple industries based in North and South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Caribbean. Kelly has worked in an advisory capacity with her family’s 60 year-old logistics company, and has personally experienced the joys and challenges of family members working together. Prior to returning to school to obtain her Ph.D., she founded and managed a securities business in Toronto for several years.

Stephanie is a senior consultant of The Family Business Consulting Group specializing in advising family enterprises facing important transitions. A recognized expert on the topic of succession, Stephanie frequently collaborates with clients on key aspects of this process, such as establishing succession plans, drafting needed policies and governance structures, and building a framework for next-generation collaborations.  In addition to her consulting work, Stephanie co-authored Building a Successful Business Board, Siblings and the Family Business and Transitioning from the Top: Personal Continuity Planning for the Retiring Family Business Leader.
