"As a third generation family member actively engaged in family business dynamics and head of our family office, I have listened to many, many speakers attempt to cover the issues associated with a multigenerational business. With vast experience, and a unique talent for teaching, Dr. Otis Baskin is clearly one of the very best presenters have ever heard."

Dr. Charles Kelley
Outrigger Enterprises, Inc.

"On three occasions I have had the privilege of observing Dr. Baskin as he has presented information to groups about family business dynamics. On each occasion, Dr. Baskin was enthusiastically received... As a result of hearing Dr. Baskin, each of the generations later informed me that they are better able to communicate and understand the different perspectives. Dr. Baskin's wisdom acted as a catalyst, enabling these participants to work better together as a family."
